Every Friday night we go out into the city, and find the "treasure" that God has shown us to speak to. So 2 Fridays ago, we (with 2 other friends from school - Phil and Candace) walked into Target and saw 3 Spanish speaking friends seated at the cafeteria. So we went and talk and shared with them! It was fun to speak Spanish again! Although it wasn´t all that smooth, but they understood what I was saying! That was encouraging! So that night, we prayed for them and got their number.

Then it turned out that Meggie - my friend from school, actually works with them and know them from Target!! It´s amazing how God give us divine appointments so that we can share God´s love to people!! Wow!

So Meggie and I went to their apartment this afternoon... it was clean and a humble place. We had a great time chating with them, getting to know them, though most of the time it was Meggie that talked with them, because she´s mexican as well! I was mostly sitting there and trying very hard to understand and adjusting to their accents. Dang, their accent is very different from Argentines!

But it´s all good... but driving back... I just thanked God for how He has blessed me with my family, friends and church, as well as material things, and finance. These people they work, but they left their kids in Mexico, inorder to earn better wages in the U.S. I´m so thankful and blessed!! Aren´t we all ??? Thank you Father!

I took my car to get an oil change about a month ago in SJ. Dropped it off at the shop to let them have more time to work on it. Then the next day my parents dropped me off at the shop so I can pick it up. I took out my walet and was expecting the owner to tell me how much it was, but he said "Happy New Year, it´s ok. Let me pull out the car for you." Wow! Have you heard of "free oil change" anywhere? This was my first time! Thank you Father! That was totally His favor and blessing!!

btw, I was very blessed during the holiday season with gifts. I haven´t received that many gifts for many years... I am very blessed by God, and my friends... THANK YOU FATHER!

What is God going to do in your life this year?
For me, I know that God is in the business of restoration and redemption! I believe that God will restore my relationship with my parents!

btw, want to share what the word is out for this year- that the harvest for
ONE BILLION SOULS starts this year! Isn´t it exciting?!! Go God!!

HAPPY NEW YEAR! It´s already 2007! time passed by so fast last year. It was an emotional year for me, but I learned so much about myself - who I am, and how I reacted under certain situations. Very interesting.

I´m thankful that God had shown Himself as my faithful and loving Father and Friend in 2006! Thank You! My desire for myself and you is that we will know through experience, His wonderful Presence, love and power within our lives this new year.

Last year I read more books than other years, and I want to continue to do that. So, here are some quotes I want to share with you guys, from a book I´m currently reading: Johnson, Bill. Dreaming with God.

p. 88 - "Royalty is my identity. Servanthood is my assignment. Intimacy with God is my life source. So, before God, I´m an intimate. Before people, I´m a servant. Before the powers of hell, I´m a ruler, with no tolerance for their influence. Wisdom knows which role to fulfill at the proper time."
