Mar. 20th 2015 - Forgotten Blog

Haven't blogged, and actually forgotten about my blog!  I saw this as I was deleting my attachments from gmail.  The attachments are eating the memory, to 15 GB.

The last time I blogged was 2008, and today is 2015 March 20th!  Crazy!  So many things have happened, and I've experienced in the past 7 or 8 years!  I've dated many people, worked w youth, they have graduated from college, working now.  I was engaged, and now married, now living in Newark with James instead of living with my parents in San Jose.

Life is definitely different from my past posts!!!  - like in 2007 and 2008!  crazy!

Different lessons to learn - especially on humility, patience - getting annoyed is one of the signs of pride!

Father God, please help me and change me to be loving, gentle, patience, peaceful and joyful!
Also please let James go to You for peace and joy.  Help him to be plugged into You directly.  He haven't felt peace for a few weeks, and also no joy, since he hasn't connected with his friends.  I ask that You will draw him to You, let him spend time with You directly, cause his heart to want You, to be disciplined to seek Your face.

Thank You for this wonderful home, front and back yard, artificial grass, 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, tons of food, sky lights, my own working area / office, cars, motorcycle, bicycles, friends, family, savings, health.  Thank You that we get to know and trust in You!  YOU ARE OUR JOY!!

I bless You Father God, Jesus and Holy Spirit!!!  Thank You for all of Your provision, protection and peace in our lives.  Help us to resolve conflicts and let our marriage be a blessing to many people and to the nations !!  

Gifts and Surprises!!!

I got gifts and surprises for 4 days in a row!! My Father loves me! ha ha...

Wed. went over to a friend´s house to pick up my camera, she also gave me a package! Surprise - a 500 GB external hard-drive! wow, nice gift!

Thursday - Thanksgiving day - one of my aunt´s sister, not blood related, she came over for lunch and her son, or my second-cousin. She´s visiting her son from Taiwan, and also brought gifts for my family. She brought over some delicious Taiwanese snacks, and also for me - Body Shop lotion and lip balm, and Estee Lauder stuff! ha ha... God knows what I need and He knows the desire of my heart! I was really thinking of getting some stuff for my eyes, and facial cream! cool!

Friday - at Thanksgiving retreat, my friend gave me a thank-you card, and a cute cell phone holder from Taiwan!

Saturday - one of my friend gave me a gift bag, in it was a small Russian doll, which has cute compac make-up stuff in it! and delicious chocolate! yummy!

well, I´m soooo thankful that my Daddy is so fun, and loving!! May you receive this testimony and may you receive "gifts and surprises" in your life on a daily bases too!!!

It´s been 3 months since I´m working as a youth and worship director. Wow, what a difference from school life! This is where I realize I can´t do anything without God! It´s IMPOSSIBLE!!!!! It´s amazing to see many youth pastors are still going strong after 10 years! Man, how do they do it?

They must have a great relationship with Daddy, great friends for support, and live un-offendable! Yeah, this is definately something I´m learning about - live unoffendable. There are times when I´m offended when a youth doesn´t say hi to me, or didn´t respond the way I expected, or wanted. And sometimes I´m intimidated by them, by their moodiness! Although I don´t want to admit it, but it´s true. I guess there are still many things I need God to work, and I still need to face, and fix in my life. he he... One thing for sure is "Know who I am", and live it out! It´s a process!

In these 3 months I´m reminded how I need my own time, my own space! And my trip out to the park, or nature is a must for me to be emotionally healthy. I love it when I go out to the park, a nice park with mountains in the back, with ducks, with water, with trees...etc. It´s like medicine to my soul! I´ll try to go as much as I can, because I realize how much I need it!! I´m not a "city girl". I need nature!

God is so good! On Sunday I graduated from BSSM - it´s been 2 years since I moved to Redding California to study at Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry. Man, God has really shifted my mentaly of who He is, what He is like, theology, mindset, changed a whole lot of stuff!! I´m so glad that I moved there and took a risk (in the beginning). It was sooooo worth it!

I´ve learned so much, but most of all it was a transformation of my heart. I feel like God really answered my prayer in going deeper in 2nd year... He gave me opportunities and experiences so that I can see who I am, and at the same time declare who I really am in Him. Through these experiences I learn to communicate how I feel to my friends, therefore deepening our friendships! It was a bit scary at first, but they all responded really well!

It was such an honor to travel with so many great leaders, God´s Generals! I was priviledged to travel with Bill Johnson to Sweden and England. It was a great honor to minister under him and to see what God is doing throughout the world!

God is good...

on Monday my family helped me move back to San Jose again. This will be a big transition time for me, living with my parents again after many years of living away from home, and only visiting for few days, or summer months. Grace grace grace!!!

I´m excited to see and experience the adventure God has instore for me in this coming year! Growing, falling deeper in love with my Father God, encountering His love for me... yeah!!

God gives us impossible tasks not to scare us, but to let us know that we can do everything with Him and through Him! ha ha... He is with us no matter what! The Holy Spirit is here to help us, to comfort us, to guide and to lead us.

PROCESS!!!

Learning to share with others what´s going on inside of my head... although I know they were lies, and I was feeding myself the truth, but I felt better when I shared with my friends my struggles, the thoughts. I felt understood, and at the same time realized that they were feeling the same! I wasn´t alone! That´s what friends are for! We run together, pull another up when one is down!

Learning to rest... to rest in Him, in the place where I am fully accepted, loved and treasured. I do not have to perform, do anything to please Him, because I AM a delight to HIM already!
